Bradley Falk

General Counsel

Brad Falk is a founding principal of Lodging Capital Partners and advises on all aspects of the negotiation and documentation for the company’s business.

Prior to joining LCP, Mr. Falk was Of Counsel with Greenberg Traurig in Chicago.  His specialty was corporate real estate with emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of luxury hotels in the U.S., Europe, Canada, Mexico and Caribbean.  His practice also included representation of owners of commercial real estate, handling asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financings. Mr. Falk also acted for Strategic Hotel Capital Inc. in the securitization of several large hotel portfolios. Former clients include Strategic Hotel Capital Inc., Maritz Wolf and Dinapoli, Kimco Realty Corporation and Archon Group (wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs).  Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Falk was a partner of Altheimer & Gray in Chicago where he provided counsel to Strategic Hotel Capital on the majority of their acquisitions, financings and management contracts.

Mr. Falk received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and a B.B.A from the University of Michigan.
