Prior to starting LCP, Steve was Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Development of Strategic Hotel Capital Inc. (SHC). SHC was an owner and asset manager of luxury hotels and resorts. Steve helped build the company from the ground up, and it quickly became a multi-billion dollar, internationally recognized organization. The company completed an initial public offering in June 2004 (NYSE/BEE), and Mr. Kisielica was one of the original executive officers of this public company. His primary responsibilities included sourcing and negotiating potential acquisitions, negotiating management contracts, closing documents, and property dispositions. Additionally, he oversaw the underwriting process, including market studies and financial analysis for all potential transactions. In his tenure at Strategic, Steve was directly involved in the acquisition of over thirty hotel transactions totaling nearly $3.5 billion located in the United States, Mexico and Europe. Prior to forming SHC, Mr. Kisielica held senior positions at Geller & Co., Kenneth Leventhal & Co. and HVS. Steve is a graduate of Michigan State University’s School of Business with an emphasis in finance and hotel, restaurant and institutional Management. Ian joined LCP in April 2008 as Head of Capital Markets. As this role evolved into working on acquisitions across both debt and equity investments, he joined Steve as Co-CIO. Prior to joining LCP, Ian was a Director in the Real Estate Finance and Securitization Group (REFS) at Credit Suisse. While at REFS, he co-managed a seven person team of originators responsible for client management, loan document negotiation and loan closing. Ian was responsible for closing in excess of $3.0 billion of combined fixed and floating rate debt. Before REFS, Mr. Davis was a Vice President in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse focused on the Hospitality sector. Ian spent four years at Hospitality Valuation Services International (HVS) prior to joining Credit Suisse. Ian received his MBA from Columbia University and his BA from Michigan State University.
David is responsible for the acquisition financing, refinancing, hedging, financial reporting and risk management aspects of LCP and its investments. Prior to LCP, David was a Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Strategic Hotel Capital Inc. (SHC) and one of its founding officers. His responsibilities included all debt and equity financing for the company’s portfolio of 22 upscale and luxury hotels. During his tenure, David implemented over $5 billion of debt financing and closed on the acquisition of 28 of the company’s 33 acquisitions. SHC completed its IPO in June 2004. Before SHC, David was a Vice President at Geller & Co., a private hospitality investment advisory firm in Chicago and the predecessor to SHC. His experiences there included assignments in lodging and hospitality-related mergers & acquisitions, asset management, appraisals, market studies, strategic planning, feasibility studies and due diligence consultation. David spent time at PaineWebber, prior to joining Geller & Co., in the Real Estate Finance Group within the Investment Bank. David received his B.S. degree from Stanford University.

As general counsel, Brad advises and assists on all aspects of the documentation for JVs, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and the management, franchise and license agreements with the operators. Prior to joining LCP, Brad was Of Counsel with Greenberg Traurig in Chicago, with a specialty in corporate real estate with emphasis on the acquisition, disposition, financing and development of luxury hotels. His practice also included representation of owners of commercial real estate, handling asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, development and financings. Brad also acted for Strategic Hotel Capital Inc. (SHC) in the securitization of several large hotel portfolios. In addition to SHC, former clients include Maritz Wolf, DiNapoli, Kimco Realty Corporation and Archon Group (subsidiary of Goldman Sachs). Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Mr. Falk was a partner of Altheimer & Gray. Brad received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and his B.B.A from the University of Michigan.

Peggy Loyal joined Lodging Capital Partners in 2006 with the primary role of capital project oversight, including lender oversight of PIP and capital funding. In addition, Peggy is responsible for all office operations and special projects. Prior to joining LCP, Peggy was the Renovations Manager for Strategic Hotel Capital Inc. (SHC). During her time with SHC, she oversaw roughly $300 million of renovations at various properties. In addition to the duties of Renovations Manager, Ms Loyal also spent part of 2003 managing SHC's London office. Peggy has help positions in office and restaurant management, having trained with Lettuce Entertain You and other Chicago area proprietors.
